How CleanDeploy filters

Relevance over inventory.
Most boards optimize for listing count. We optimize for the opposite. Every role here clears a deterministic classifier before it reaches the feed. Generic "software engineer" postings dressed up as DevOps get rejected at ingest, even if it means a smaller board.
Live, not recycled.
Nine sources, refreshed every 6 hours. Listings posted six weeks ago aren't here. Reposted ghost roles aren't here. When a role gets filled, it drops out within a cycle.
Easy-to-apply roles rank higher.
Every role is scored partly on how easy it is to actually apply. Listings hosted on real applicant systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby) outrank long recruiter funnels and dead-end forms. Salary is shown whenever it's listed.

Why this exists.

I spent 14 years recruiting DevOps and QA engineers. The same problems repeated year after year: boards listing thousands of roles that were mistitled, recycled, or filled six weeks earlier. Engineers burning weekends on applications that never reached a real hiring manager. Hiring teams missing strong candidates because the resume didn't stand out correctly.

CleanDeploy is my vision for how engineers can correctly represent themselves to jobs they WANT. We filter hard, reject more than we list, and rank what's left by how realistic the apply actually is. Salary visible by default.

I built it to solve the problems I heard most often from hiring managers: telling who's real, and who could actually do the work.
